About this product

Ground movement is measured using dual-pass satellite radar, cross-referenced against a NOAA geodetic station to remove atmospheric bias and anchor measurements to an absolute reference frame. Where two independent satellite passes cover the same parcel, values are averaged — producing higher-confidence results across most of the coverage area.

The dataset covers 132,049 Caddo parcels and 70,941 Bossier parcels. At the Caddo median of −2.6 mm/yr, parcels accumulate roughly 78mm of cumulative settlement over a 30-year mortgage horizon — a compounding risk for structures near flood zone boundaries or with drainage constraints.

velocity_vert_t136_mmyr

Track 136 individual velocity, CORS-calibrated. Populated for all covered parcels; single-track 'T136' used for 3,326 Caddo fringe parcels outside T63 scene footprint.
