Capital Intelligence
Institutional Intelligence
Per-institution scored profile for every bank and credit union in the Shreveport-Bossier MSA — financial health, market position, and small business activity scored and peer-ranked across 70 institutions.
About this product
Each institution profile synthesizes four independently-sourced data layers into scored, peer-ranked conclusions: FDIC quarterly call report data, HMDA origination geography, SBA lending activity, and federal award context. The output is not a data dump — it is a set of scores that place each institution on a spectrum relative to its 69 MSA peers.
Four scores are derived from financial and lending data: Financial Health Score (ROA, ROE, NIM, noncurrent loan ratio composite), Local Market Position (origination volume and market share trend), Small Business Lending Activity (SBA loan volume relative to institution size), and an aggregate Peer Rank. Each score answers a question a CEO or CFO can act on.
A physical risk overlay tier is in development — scoring each institution's mortgage book against the RRA parcel stack to surface flood exposure, subsidence risk, and distress adjacency in the collateral base. These scores serve as entry points to the physical risk product family for institutions that want parcel-level detail.
